Refund Policy
- Refunds are eligible only for items returned in original condition within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted for size issues, wrong item delivered, or manufacturing defects.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate an exchange, contact us with your order ID and reason for exchange.
- Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
